After completing the checkout process, a "PIN Application" link will appear.  Follow this link to let us know how to apply your purchase.  The link is located on the right side of "Thank You" for your purchase page and will provide a form for you to submit.

If any issues arrise, the email you provide during checkout and with the PIN Application form will allow us to contact you.

We will do what it takes to make sure your order is processed correctly or refund your money.
